Conveniently located near Stratford International Station, and you can easily walk to Stratford Station through the Westfield Shopping Mall. Weekly room cleaning service is provided for free. The amenities are sufficient — including a TV, desk, hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and induction hob. Overall, highly recommended. The only minor downside is a faint but slightly strange smell from the bathroom, though it’s still bearable.

酒店很好其實挺大的。我預訂了一室一廳的房間。我們是三個大人入住和一個小孩，客廳的梳化打開來可以做一張雙人床，梳化床非常大，其實可以睡三個人。只不過需要留意一件事，所有客房在英國只能入住兩個客人，超出了兩位成人，其後的人數均要每位五英鎊一晚計算。所以我再退房的時候被要求收取了額外的人口費用，但不是太貴所以便支付了。整體來說，酒店環境不錯。兩三分鐘便到地鐵站，地段我覺得是不錯的。地鐵站旁邊便有一個非常大的商場。如果之後有機會再到英國，我也會繼續選擇這個酒店！

非常滿意這次旅程，發生突然如來事件，但經理SWAPON好快完滿解決問題，值得嘉獎，亦非常有禮，其他員工亦是態度有禮！有機會會再次入住！

Was an amazing stay children loved it . Easy to everything , Will note you have to use a lift for your car so be prepared as it’s tight . Also left an email regarding some hair straighteners left so would like them back

房間比較新，光線明亮，有小客廳，兩個電視機，有廚房，冰箱烤箱麵包機和餐具洗碗機一應俱全非常方便。旁邊就是大商場和車站，去主要景點和國際車站都很近，有兩個食物種類非常豐富的大超市，早餐超市買來自己弄弄也很方便。有自助洗衣機加烘乾機，洗烘一次6磅。大堂可以玩桌上足球，前台態度比較親切。住起來非常舒服。

因為想住得寬敞些，選了一室一廳，住了三晚，套內有50平，所以相當寬敞，廚房設施設備齊全，鍋碗瓢盆刀叉都有，可以自己做早餐，距離最近的超市是Westfield裡面的Waitrose，買食材和水都很方便。Stratford雖然位於二三區交界，但是去哪裡都非常方便，這點超出我的想象，搭乘DLR電車二十幾分鍾就到金絲雀碼頭和格林威治公園，搭乘Central線17分鐘直達Holborn去大英博物館，搭乘Jubilee線30分鐘左右直達Green Park去白金漢宮，同一條網上還能到Westminster去大本鐘，總之出行非常方便。

有廚房在倫敦這死貴死貴的城市非常值得讚賞每天煎個蛋烤個麵包夾芝士和生菜早餐又營養又省錢雖然不在市區但交通非常方便地鐵出來就是Westfield購物中心生活機能非常棒除了入住期間都不打掃也不主動提供毛巾沐浴用品衹有一種之外其他都不錯性價比槓槓的下次來倫敦玩還會住忘了拍房間照片分享大英博物館照片

I had two bookings with the hotel and emailed ahead to ask about overnight luggage storage. The reply said it “may be possible” and they'd pass it to the relevant team. I followed up but got no response. When we arrived, they refused the request. It was frustrating to be ignored and then denied help after being led to believe it might work. Staff at check-in were friendly, but communication and clarity around policies really need improvement.

The hotel is very clean, with rooms that are just the right size for two people. Each room comes with a small kitchen, which is very convenient. There is also a water dispenser in the lobby, as well as laundry facilities and a fitness room. The staff are friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that the hotel only changes bed sheets and towels for guests staying more than 8 nights, which might not suit everyone.
